4. Screening & Shortlisting:

-Interviewers submit ratings and comments directly in the SuccessFactors system.

6. Offer Letter Management:

-Offer letter is generated using standard templates

-Offer approval workflow ensures compliance and budget alignment

-Candidate receives offer via email or portal, with e-signature options.

7. On boarding Trigger:

-Upon offer acceptance, candidate data flows to On boarding 2.0 or external systems

-Integration points ensure smooth handoff to HRIS or On boarding platforms.

8. Reporting & Analytics:

-RCM Supports different types of reports like table , Canva and story

-Compliance reports support audits and diversity tracking

-Custom reports can be built using Report Center or Canvas or story reporting
