1. Integration of Document Generation Module:

Process Flow:
- Create a template: Design your document in Word and add placeholders for employee info.
- Map data: Link the placeholders to SuccessFactors fields using the Manage Document Template Mapping tool.
- Select employee & document type: In Employee Central, HR picks the employee and the type of document (e.g., Confirmation Letter).
- Generate document:
- Go to the Document Generation tool in Admin Center.
- Choose the template, country, language, and calendar.
- Click Generate to automatically fill employee data into the template.
- Review & finalize: HR checks the auto-generated preview and makes any necessary edits.
- Output & storage: The final document is generated as PDF or Word, stored in the employee’s Document Center, and can be sent via email if needed.
